The primary functions of the Insurance Product Review Division - Life and Health is responsible for reviewing, regulating and approving all policy forms for life and health insurance used in the state.
Insurance policy forms, including riders, endorsements, applications, etc., are disapproved if they contain inconsistent, ambiguous or misleading language, or if they contain provisions which are unfair or contrary to the public policy of the state.
