Four Arrested in Connection with Firebombing of Eastman Restaurant
ATLANTA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that Kymberly Swars, 32, Christopher Wright, 25, Nedra Deckard, 25, and Tristin Muncy, 24, were arrested in connection with a May 22nd fire at a Captain D’s restaurant in Eastman.
Swars and Wright were charged with 1st Degree Arson and Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer. Deckard was charged with Conspiracy. Muncy was charged with 1st Degree Arson and Felony Obstruction.
“I commend my Fire Investigations Unit for their thorough work that led to the arrest of these individuals,” said Commissioner King. “The suspects were taken into custody by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.”
Commissioner King’s Fire Investigations Unit assisted the Eastman Police and Fire Departments and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office with this investigation.
