ATLANTA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that warrants were issued for Ashely Davis Truelove, 28, of Dahlonega, for two counts of Insurance Fraud and six counts of Forgery in the 1st Degree. Ms. Truelove is wanted in connection with a Lumpkin County case.

“The suspect initiated several auto insurance and bodily injury claims with GEICO in relation to car accident and stolen vehicle claims,” said Commissioner King. “Upon investigation, it was discovered the submitted medical records and vehicle repair invoices were altered in an attempt to claim insurance money fraudulently. This type of fraud drives up insurance rates for all Georgians, and I am committed to bringing criminals like this to justice.”
