ATLANTA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that Kevin Hyde, 53, of Norcross, has been charged with insurance fraud and forgery.

“Mr. Hyde was involved in an automobile accident in February of last year, after which he submitted a medical bill in an attempt to obtain money from his insurance company,” said Commissioner King. “Upon investigation, Special Agents with my Criminal Investigations Division determined this document was fraudulent.”

Warrants were taken out against Mr. Hyde in Gwinnett County on June 1st for Insurance Fraud and Forgery in the 1st Degree.
