ATLANTA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that Stacy Littleton, 49, of Augusta, has been charged with insurance fraud in connection with a Gwinnett County case from 2021.

“Ms. Littleton, a billing agent for Peachtree Chiropractic in Augusta, submitted several claim documents to United Healthcare for chiropractic treatment that family members were allegedly receiving at her workplace,” said Commissioner King. “Upon investigation, it was determined that the documents were falsified in an attempt to lower her insurance deductible, and no services were administered to the suspect or her family.”

Warrants were taken out against Ms. Littleton on June 23rd, 2023. She remains wanted at this time.
