The Office of Commissioner of Insurance provides public access to records as defined in O.C.G.A. 50-18-70. Open Records requests must be submitted via our online form.  Please be as precise in the description of your request as possible.

Typically, requests are processed within three business days; however, should we require more time to process this request someone from the Office will contact you within three business days to inform you of the same and to specify any decisions to withhold or redact documents and the legal grounds thereof.
