Caregiver Fire Safety Training
Fire Safety training is required for all caregiver professionals in Georgia. Training consists of a 3-hour initial course and a 2-hour refresher course. The Commissioner's office has certified over 500 instructors to provide this training. Since 2000, thousands of caregiver staff have become certified in fire safety training.
