ATLANTA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that Heather Sellers, 43, of White, has been charged with insurance fraud in connection with a disability check pay scheme.

“Between August of 2020 and January of 2021, Ms. Sellers was supposed to be working part-time hours at her job while receiving disability checks for the remainder of her pay,” said Commissioner King. “However, she continued to work full-time hours and altered her paystubs to reflect part-time work. Ms. Sellers received approximately $12,000 in overpayment as a result of her crimes.”

Warrants were taken out against Ms. Sellers on June 28th in Cobb County. She is still wanted at this time.
