Three Arrested in Connection With Athens Fire

Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that Raekwon Lackey, 23, and two juveniles were arrested in connection with a Clarke County fire. Mr. Lackey is being charged with Arson in the 1st Degree, Criminal Damage, Vandalism, and Contributing to Delinquency. The two juveniles are being charged with Arson in the 1st Degree.
