Manufactured Housing Installation Permits

Installers must purchase a permit from the Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner's Office for each new or pre-owned manufactured home installed in Georgia. The cost of such permit is $60.00.

All permits ordered before the release of the New OCI Online Portal need to be recorded on the Installation Report Form, and emailed to [email protected]. All permits ordered on or after February 15, 2021, will need to be reported through the portal.
