As of 12/11/2023, all Admitted Companies must register for a GIMS account. The GIMS application will allow you to perform all of your normal requirements in one location.

To obtain and download tax forms for electronic filings for Non-Subs, please visit the GeorgiaEfile website. 

• Job Tax Credit, Low Income Housing Credit, and Georgia Agribusiness Rural Jobs Act Tax Credit forms are available for download on the GeorgiaEfile website.
