Effective December 16th. 2023, Georgia has transitioned to a newly designed company portal. Any other web portal credentials will not authenticate you on the new GIMS Company Portal, the new GIMS portal requires its own username and password. You must register your company for access to the new company portal. Click here for instructions on registering and accessing the new company portal. At the GIMS main page, a number to call for assistance is at the top banner. For helpful videos and user guides, scroll down to access.

Annual Renewals, Corporate Amendments, and Service of Process are now submitted through GIMS Company Portal.  Each application will be processed digitally creating a paperless experience. Invoices will be paid upon the completion of each application and receipts will be made available through your company’s portal and email.

Please note the annual renewal due dates for your entity type. A $15.00 per day late fee will be applied to your annual renewal invoice if submitted after the due date.

Please remember to check email inboxes and spam/junk folders to ensure future updates and notices are read. As you learn to navigate the new GIMS Company Portal, please be sure to review all company contacts to ensure up to date information.
